Description

A resident from Kachin State revealed that U Naw Yaw, a member of USDP and U Zakhung Ting Ying,
the leader of National Democratic Army-Kachin (NDA-K), recently transformed as a border guard force,
had collected lists of eligible voters and threatened residents with arrest if they chose not to vote.
