U Nyo Min Lwin, from Difference and Peace Party, stated that the Election Commission instructed the registered political parties to follow 1962 Censorship Act if they publish campaign pamphlets or any political publications. The Commission also instructed political parties to submit 100,000 kyat for
registration and 100,000 kyat for warantee to the Censorship Board. (RFA 150610)
