According to a person close to the owner of Yan Shin Restaurant, in Pyigyimyetshin Ward,Mahaaungmyay Township, Mandalay, when employees over 18 years of age went to the Ward Peace
and Development Council office to register in overnight guest list, authorities replied that they would
only be allowed to stay at the restaurant if they join USDP.
