U Thein Htay, the Chairperson of the Union Democracy Party (UDP), reported that even though the
Union Election Commission hasn’t announced the list of representatives who will contest in the
elections, USDP organizers have been campaigning in South Okkalapa Township, Rangoon for early
votes.
